Love, solid as a stone. Gently polished by the flow of the running river. The gentle flow of Love emanates from the stone. Now a crystal brilliant in the sunlight. Radiating healing and joy to sooth the heart, wrapped in the warmth of the sun. Bathed in love.
"Today I stand solid like the stone. I trust that I am guided by Universal Love. Knowing and trusting that Spirit is holding my energy and giving me right and perfect direction. Know matter how it plays out there is a Loving solid learning to be had. I am not attached to the outcome."

Peace, piece of mind, Like a river flows peace fills my being, with a feelings of safety, solace, and love. Today I am willing to live in peace, knowing that joy, and happiness are mine for the taking. Spirit willingly fills my heart with the One Love that fills my heart with joy. Joy wells up from the depth of my being. My being is whole and healing. Mind, body, Spirit and for this I am grateful and so it is!

Today I insert JOY in my life. This day is JOY filled, bringing HAPPINESS. HAPPINESS permeates my entire being, which brings LOVE into my heart and soul.
